Registration Process

  • Please fill out the following form and return to the Madrasah for enrollment.

The registration process is as follows;

  1. Fill out application & return to Madrasah Office
    – Office Hours are Sat & Sunday [9:00 am – 3:00 pm]
  2. Pay Accociated Registration Fees
    – Fees are whatever is regularly due monthly. Adjusted fees will be given for students who join sometime after the 1st of the month.
  3. Application Approval
    – Once application is approved, parents will get a call to schedule first day & assessment @ Madrasah Office.
  4. Assessment
    – Student will then be assessed for Qur’aan [reading & hifdh], as well as level of Islamic studies knowledge.
  5. Placement / Enrollment
    – After assessment, student will be enrolled in relevant class level [Level 1, 2, or 3] and will be fully registered thereafter.
